YOU REGISTER!

Cost -As of November 15th 2016, we will have only on-line registration. We will no longer be taking registrations by mail or in person. You will be able to do everything in one easy step with no hassles. Registration is $175.00, $200 starting March 16th 2024. You can make two payments with a $5 service fee. The second payment will be made by June 15th and will be automatically deposited from your account. We take the first 30 signups, before considering a second team. We will possibly except more then 30 on a team if we can not form a second team. The goal is to get as many kids playing football and learning the game. No player left behind.

   Equipment that you will need to purchase. We will supply helmets, shoulder pads, knee pads for game pants (if needed), practice jerseys, game jerseys, and game pants. You will need to purchase a mouth guard, cleats, padded girdle and pull over knee pads for practice. We have the boys wear shorts and pull over knee pads for practice. We will no longer use practice pants. We will have the girdles available to purchase on our spirit wear order, date TBD. We will have examples at the parents meeting. You can also purchase them at any sporting goods store. If you have questions please talk to Mike Radojicic the West Director or Dave Lepine the Equipment manager.

   The mandatory fundraiser of raffle tickets will be handed out at the parents meetings in April. You must sell or pay for all the tickets. No partial  payments will be accepted. $150.00 for football and $100 for cheer must be turned in before equipment will be issued. Watch the calendar for dates & times of the parents meetings at the end of April. Cheerleading will have one meeting for all cheerleaders together. West Jr Football will have a separate meeting.

     Volunteering is required of parents. We will need help with concessions, chain gang, clock, scoreboard, parking lot and clean up. Without this help we can not function as an organization. We are all volunteers and need your help. There will be a sign up at the beginning of the season for the volunteer spots. Each school will have their own meeting to sign you up, watch for details in your email.

    Practices for Football will be at the high schools. They generally go 5:30 - 7:30 to start, Monday - Friday. When school begins they practice 6 hours a week, usually 3 days a week, 2 hours each night. This is all up to the coaches. The times will change as we lose daylight through the season.

     Cheer practices are held 2 nights a week Mondays & Wednesday at Waukesha West.  Sports Conflicts- If you plan on doing dance, poms, or another sport, please remember you will be required to make all Cheer practices and remain for the duration of practice and games.  So before you register for Cheer take that into account when making your decision. Refunds are not given for choosing another sport. 

      Your next step after registering is attending a parents meeting for your group. Please see the schedule below. Check back if there is not a date and time listed for your group. We are still in the process of reserving meeting space.

Physical forms

If you need a physical form, go to the forms 2024 tab. Physicals are good for two years. So if you got one last year you are good for this season. Check first with your doctor as to when the date of your childs last physical was. If your child's last physical was prior to November 1st, 2022 you will need a new one.

Refunds

  Refunds will not be given after June 15, 2024 except for the following reasons. 

   1. Family moves from the area

   2. Participant does not pass the physical

Refund requests must be in a written form (email) explaining the reason for the refund.  These requests need to be sent to the director of the program your child has been registered in.  Only registration fees can be refunded - no refunds on other fundraising programs. A processing fee of $25 will be deducted. 

All refunds requests will be processed after June 15, 2024 and if any others remain after September 1, 2024.  A check will be mailed at that time. All refund take at least 1 month to process, do not expect a check the same week of the request.
